1. Colorful paper
2. Scissor
3. Glue
4. Empty tissue paper roll

Step 1. Take tissue paper roll,covered it by black color paper.
Step 2. Make white belly, attached with glue .
Step 3. Make two eyes , attached with glue .
Step 4. Make beak , attached with glue .
Step 5. Make leg ( cut love shape ) and wings ,attached with glue.
Step 6. Make thatch( as like hair of the head) , attached with glue .
Finally, you can able to make a paper made penguin.
