Materials needed for it.
- Colorful paper
- Scissors
- Sign pen
- Pencil
Instruction:
Step 1: Take a paper . Draw circle with the help of compass.
Step 2: Cut the circle by using scissors.
Step 3: take another paper.
Step 4: Draw hair & cut it.
Step 5; Draw outlined of the hair.
Step 6: Attached it with the circle like the following way.
Step 7: Draw a smiley face, eyes & nose.
